	25 April 2009	New band website is now up and running, www.sarcadium.co.uk
	30 March 2009	The new band is finalised, we've got a full line up and been practicing regularly so we should be out gigging shortly.  I'll post gigs on here and maybe we'll get a new site up and running.  There's a new Band page now, more details to follow
	10th February 2009	I got a bit bored and joined twitter, you can follow me here, or stalk me, whichever you prefer
	13 January 2009	OSFA is no more, after a long decent run, we decided to call it a day and move on, a new band is on the horizon so more details will be posted shortly
